These healthy Raisin Bran Muffins are a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack. Made with Raisin Bran cereal, they bake up golden brown with the perfect texture.
Cinnamon Raisin Bran Muffins

How To Make Raisin Bran Muffins
Start by mixing the cereal and milk together in a mixing bowl. While you wait for the cereal to soften, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add paper liners to a 12 cup muffin tin.
Add eggs and vegetable oil to mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Add sugar and stir again.
Pour in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Using a spoon, add batter to each of the muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
Cooking Tips
- The cereal needs to soak in the milk for a few minutes and get a bit soggy to mix properly with the other ingredients.
- In lieu of vegetable oil, you can use melted butter or coconut oil
- Allow muffins to cool for 10 minutes before eating, for the ideal texture

Giving 5 stars because I know these will be delicious! Great idea using Raisin Bran!!
I know the flavor and texture won’t be the same as yours Melanie, but I will sub sugar-free applesauce for the oil, honey for the sugar, and whole wheat flour for half the flour. I don’t think that’s changing your recipe much.
The kids loved these with their yogurt this morning. Will try adding some nuts next time.
