  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries


  • Put melted butter, honey and egg in a mug. Whisk with a fork until well blended.
  • Add oats, cinnamon and baking powder and mix until combined.
  • Add raisins and mix until incorporated.
  • Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds.

    Absolutely delicious recipe! Very quick and easy to make too! Make this with semi-sweet chocolate chips and it takes like an oatmeal chocolate chip muffin! Great recipe if you’re trying to reduce gluten in your diet, like yours truly, and if you need a sweet treat after dinner! Would definitely recommend this to others!
