Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the quick oats and dried cranberries, and mix until combined.
- Shape the banana mixture into 8 cookies and put them on a baking sheet.
- Put the banana oatmeal cookies in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
