I love an appliance that works for me, and the instant pot is a workhorse in my kitchen. I can cook all sorts of things in it and know the ingredients will turn out perfectly every time. It’s so simple to set up the instant pot and then cook a main dish in the meantime. Multi-tasking made easy!

You can serve up the cooked jasmine rice as is, or flavor it with seasonings and sauces. Try sprinkling on herbs that complement the main dish. Or add the rice to a main course, such as soups or meal bowls. My kids love it when I serve jasmine rice with a seasoned protein (chicken, ground beef, etc) and they can top their bowls with their favorite sauces. Makes for a very kid-friendly and healthy dinner!
