This is what you need:
- Frozen Brussels Sprouts
- 1 Cup water
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
To get started, grab your Instant pot and add 1 cup of water. Then add the frozen brussels sprouts, but do not add the seasoning yet. They are seasoned at the very end after cooking for the best flavor.
Now, put the lid on the Instant Pot, switch the valve to the sealing position, and set the time to 1 minute at High Pressure.

How to Store

- 1 cup water
- Salt

Instructions
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
- Add the frozen brussels sprouts.
- Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position. Now, push the pressure cook button and set the time to 1 minute on High pressure.
- When the Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release the steam and wait until the pin drops before opening the lid.
- Transfer the cooked brussels sprouts onto a plate using a slotted spoon. Then sprinkle them with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to season.
