How To Make Air Fryer Stouffer’s Frozen Meatloaf
Start by removing the plastic liner from the top of the tray. Peel it completely off. Place directly into air fryer basket and replace basket in air fryer.
Set to 350 degrees for 20 minutes. At the halfway point, pull basket out and flip meatloaf. Also gently stir mashed potatoes. Replace basket back in air fryer.
Continue cooking until done. Pull out air fryer basket and carefully remove food tray with tongs or spatula. Meatloaf will be cooked through and fork tender, with a light brown topping on the mashed potatoes.
Serve the meatloaf as is or with light side dishes. Yum!
Cooking Tips
- The meal tray is oven-safe and air-fryer safe for cooking
- Be sure to flip meatloaf and stir mashed potatoes halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking/heating
- Gently stir the mashed potatoes while cooking, as they will still be partially frozen at the 10 minute mark
