How To Make Air Fryer Shishito Peppers

Add about a half a pound of washed shishito peppers to a prep container. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on seasonings. Use a spoon to toss the peppers and coat in the oil and seasonings.

Place peppers in air fryer basket. Close up the air fryer and heat to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, pull out the air fryer basket and shake the peppers so they cook more evenly.

Once the time is up, open up the air fryer and check the peppers. As all air fryers cook differently, you may need to heat the peppers for a couple more minutes.

If they are done, use tongs or a spatula to move peppers to a serving plate or bowl. They will look just like restaurant quality!
