We love breaded cheese curds for a snack or appetizer! And cooking them in the air fryer couldn’t be easier. Just heat and serve— straight from frozen.

Grab a pack from the freezer section and you’ll be ready for the next football game watch party, movie night in, or spontaneous hosting of the your teen’s friend group. Everybody loves cheese curds! Just pout into air fryer basket and heat for 7 minutes to serve snack perfection!

Serve with any dipping sauces you love! Some ideas: marinara sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, ranch dressing, queso, etc. We love to serve a few packages of cooked cheese curds on a big platter with a few different sauce for dipping. Yum!

How To Make Air Fryer Frozen Cheese Curds

Open up a package of frozen cheese curds. Lay them out in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Break up any frozen blocks as needed.

Cook at 390 for 7 minutes. Remove cheese curds from air fryer basket and use a spatula to place on serving platter.

The outsides will be golden brown and crispy with a yummy, melted filling inside. Perfectly cooked straight from frozen!

How Do You Heat Frozen Cheese Curds?

The easiest way to heat up frozen cheese curds is in the air fryer! It takes just 7 minutes and crisps up the outside while the inside is yummy, melted cheese. Just be sure to lay all the cheese curds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Can I Microwave Frozen Cheese Curds?

While you can microwave them, it is not a recommended method of cooking frozen cheese curds. They tend to melt together and get a mushy texture. Best to use an air fryer for a crispy outer breading.
