Air Fryer Frozen Artichoke Hearts
Cooked frozen artichoke hearts are delicious with just a sprinkle of salt and pepper, served as an appetizer, or added to other dishes. They are really versatile and cooking them in the air fryer is effortless. And they cook from frozen which means no prep at all!
All you have to do is open a package of frozen artichoke hearts and toss them into an air fryer for 10 minutes! Easy peasy! Then you can season them any way you like. I used just simple salt and pepper, which keeps them lower in calories and fat. But you can drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle them with cheese, or add them to any dish.
I sometimes even just puree them with some cream cheese to make a simple dip or chop them up to add to a salad. So feel free to be as creative as you like.

How to Cook Frozen Artichoke Hearts in the Air Fryer
This is a one-ingredient recipe! You only need a bag of any brand of frozen artichoke hearts. That’s it!
Then just open the package and pour the frozen artichoke hearts into the air fryer basket. You don’t need to add any seasoning just yet.
Now, put the basket into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. But halfway through cooking remove the basket and mix the artichoke hearts around so that they evenly cook. Then put the basket back into the air fryer to finish cooking.
Once the artichoke hearts are done, transfer them to a plate to season with salt and pepper. At this point, you can add any seasonings you like, a bit of olive oil, or both. Then serve and enjoy.
Leftover air fryer frozen artichoke hearts will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months when kept in an airtight container. To reheat, just put them in the microwave for about 3 minutes on medium power. You can also reheat them in the oven on a sheet pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes. If you chose to freeze them, use the oven method but increase the time to 30 minutes.
