This recipe is definitely up there with some of my favorite meals. You all know how much of a fan I am of fast and easy meals, and that is just what this recipe is!
It really can’t get any easier than throwing some frozen potstickers into an air fryer. And, they always come out cooked to absolute perfection with little to no effort. I highly recommend making a night out of it and make some frozen eggrolls with a bowl of Chinese sweet and sour chicken.
I love to make these as a hasty lunch or make a big spread of sides to go along with them. Don’t forget the dipping sauce either!
Ingredients Needed to Air Fry Frozen Potstickers
This recipe is so simple and requires basically no ingredients whatsoever!
All you need is:
- Frozen potstickers

How To Cook Frozen Potstickers In The Air Fryer
Making these frozen potstickers in the air fryer is amazingly simple and fast. Perfect for anyone on the go or a frazzled mother with hungry children!
All you need to do to prepare your potstickers is to brush them with vegetable oil on both sides. This will help them to get nice and crispy on the outside.
Then, put the potstickers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If you have to, you can make two or three batches to avoid crowding the potstickers.
Turn the fryer up to 370 F and bake your potstickers for 10 minutes. Flipping them all over after the first 5 minutes to get them evenly crisped up on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
- Cut the potstickers open to allow them to cool down slightly before serving to children.
- For this recipe, you don’t need to worry about defrosting. Just put the potstickers in the fryer as they are.

These potstickers also taste so much better when eaten with a dipping sauce, so don’t forget to add the condiments. I like to serve my potstickers with sweet and spicy sriracha dipping sauce or some soy sauce with a few drops of chili sesame oil for a twist!
