potstickers in the air fryer

All you need to do to prepare your potstickers is to brush them with vegetable oil on both sides. This will help them to get nice and crispy on the outside.

Then, put the potstickers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If you have to, you can make two or three batches to avoid crowding the potstickers.

Turn the fryer up to 370 F and bake your potstickers for 10 minutes. Flipping them all over after the first 5 minutes to get them evenly crisped up on both sides.

Serve hot and enjoy!

Cooking Tips:

  • For this recipe, you don’t need to worry about defrosting. Just put the potstickers in the fryer as they are.

These potstickers also taste so much better when eaten with a dipping sauce, so don’t forget to add the condiments. I like to serve my potstickers with sweet and spicy sriracha dipping sauce or some soy sauce with a few drops of chili sesame oil for a twist!
