How To Make Artichoke Salad

First open and drain the can of artichoke hearts. Next chop the hearts into bite-sized pieces. Add artichokes to serving dish.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, then slice in half. Peel and chop the red onion. Add both ingredients to dish with artichokes.

Sprinkle on feta cheese crumbles. Whisk up dressing in a small bowl or cup, using a fork. Pour evenly over ingredients. Toss to mix up.
