How To Make Jello With Fruit Cocktail

Empty the contents of a packet of Jello mix into a bowl or pan.

Add (microwaved) hot water to the dish. Stir until all the sugar crystals from the Jello have dissolved. This will take about 1-2 minutes of stirring.

Add 1 cup of cold water and stir to mix.

Next add in a can of (drained) fruit cocktail  to the bowl. Use a spoon to position fruit pieces into an even layer.

Place dish in fridge for 4 hours or until Jello is set.

Pull out of fridge and enjoy!

  • 3 oz Jello 1 package, any flavor
  • 3/4 cup water hot, warmed in kettle or microwave
  • 1 cup water cold
  • 15 oz mixed fruit 1 can, drained (any kind of fruit except pineapple-can prevent setting)
