First, you need to freeze two overripe bananas. Just put peeled bananas in a ziploc bag and freeze until completely frozen. Whenever you have overripe bananas on hand, stash them in a freezer so you can use them to make this healthy ice cream whenever you get a craving!
To make this healthy chocolate banana ice cream, put 2 frozen bananas and 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. It will turn into chocolate ice cream! If you are a dark chocolate lover, you can try puting an extra tablespoon of cocoa powder 🙂
