This recipe uses very simple everyday ingredients and chances are you already have them on hand! Just mix up a few simple ingredients in a bowl, put in air fryer silicone muffin cups and the air fryer will bake them to perfection!

How to Make Banana Muffins in the Air Fryer

These are so easy to prepare! The recipe uses only a few simple ingredients.

The recipe is for 6 muffins. If you want to make more, you will need to do a second batch.

Here is what you will need to make these banana muffins in the air fryer:

  • 1 Brown banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Oil or melted butter
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

First make sure you have silicone muffin cups to use in the air fryer. My air fryer holds 6 cups comfortably.

Then place the cups in your air fryer basket and then spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, place peeled banana and mash with a fork. Add the egg and oil and mix well.

Then you will add the flour and the baking powder. Stir well to combine.

Divide the batter evenly between the six muffin cups.

Place the air fryer basket back in the air fryer. Set the temperature to 300F and the time to 17 minutes.

When finished remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before eating.

They will be golden brown and delicious!
