All you need to do is put some frozen french toast sticks in your air fryer. Even your kids can make these on their own!

I like to keep a package of these in my freezer so I can make breakfast if I’m in a hurry or if my kids want a sweet snack.

These air fried french toast sticks are so easy and delicious. You can make them for a weekday breakfast or leisurely weekend brunch.

Serve alone or pair with some other sides for a more filling meal. I have recipe recommendations below!

How to Make Air Fryer Frozen French Toast Sticks

These french toast sticks will cook in no time at all!

Grab your air fryer and a package of frozen french toast sticks. You can use any brand you like! No need to defrost before cooking, just use as is.

Make sure to place them in a single layer in the basket to ensure even browning. If you want to make more, do a separate batch.

Then set the air fryer temperature to 400F and the cook time to 6 minutes.

That’s it! Now you’ll have perfectly cooked french toast in no time at all.

When done, remove and enjoy. Careful as they will be hot!

Let cool slightly before serving to children.

What to Serve with Air Fried French Toast Sticks

Serve with some delicious maple syrup or perhaps some nut butter and jam! You could even try some of my Homemade healthy Nutella for an extra sweet treat!
