- Excellent pricing to enjoy after the holiday – One of the best times to take advantage of reduced pricing of turkey is right after Thanksgiving up to the first week of December. You’ll likely see prices discounted from 10% to 40-50% off. Buy turkey cutlets or boneless skinless turkey breast and freeze and save a few bucks!
- All the flavor with the oil – Using the air fryer to replicate a traditional oil-laden fried recipe is what this machine is all about. These fry up to crispy perfection without a drop of oil.
What are turkey cutlets?
Turkey cutlets are made by cutting turkey breast into thin slices and commonly are pounded thin for quick cooking. Purchase turkey cutlets pre-sliced or use boneless skinless turkey breast and slice it into thin slices.

Recipe Tips
- Cook at a high temperature – We set the air fryer to 400 degrees F to ensure the air fried turkey cutlets are crispy.
- Use a thermometer – Check for doneness with a thermometer that reaches 160 degrees F.
- Adjust cooking time – Turkey cutlets can be thicker or thinner so keep an eye while cooking. If they are thin, reduce the time, and if thick, increase the time. As suggested above, a thermometer ensures they’re thoroughly cooked.
- Use gloves – For a mess-free preparation, wear gloves to coat the turkey cutlets with egg and breadcrumbs. This will allow you to press it firmly into the breadcrumbs without getting your hands messy.
What to Serve with Breaded Turkey Cutlets?
Pair your air-fried breaded turkey chops with mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, or other dinner sides and a vegetable for a wholesome meal.
