How To Make Instant Pork Chops and Potatoes
Start by prepping your potatoes. Wash and then peel them. Chop into similar-sized pieces (about 2″ cubes). Toss in a bowl and sprinkle with seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Use a large spoon to mix potatoes with seasonings.
Place boneless pork chops on a plate. Season them with the same spices. Flip the pork chops over and season again.
Add 1 cup of water to the instant pot. Drop in potatoes and layer pork chops on top.
Close lid of instant pot and turn valve to the sealing position. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
When cooking time is up, turn the valve to quick release the steam. Once pin has dropped, open up the instant pot. Remove pork chops and then potatoes. Serve with gravy from instant pot if you choose.
