As usual, you’ll want to over-season the meat since some of it will end up in the water at the bottom of the instant pot. But using a bit of cornstarch, you’ll be making a tasty gravy to serve up with the ribs.

Simply switch from pressure cooking to the sauté function to whisk up the gravy. Then stir until you reach a desired thickness. Pour gravy on top of pork ribs or serve in a gravy boat alongside.

This recipe is a great way to make Instant Pot country style ribs without bbq sauce. The gravy is homemade and goes perfectly with the ribs.
