Air Fryer Frozen Brussel Sprouts

I’ve recently been making a few batches of fresh Brussel sprouts roasted in the air fryer so I can have a healthy veggie side dish meal prepped for my lunches. The one hiccup I’ve been having is that I’m not always able to find a bag of fresh Brussel sprouts that are ready to be eaten or available.

So, I decided to try using the air fryer to cook a bag of frozen Brussel sprouts. And, I have to say, they turned out amazing! All I had to do was dump a bag of frozen Brussel sprouts in the air fryer and they roasted perfectly!

  1. I have frozen Brussels sprouts that are not halved, but they’re fairly small. Would that work? Or should I cook for the 5 minutes and then halve them before putting them back in?
