How To Make Farro in the Instant Pot

Add 1 cup farro, 1 1/2 cups water, and 1/4 tsp of salt to the instant pot. Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.

Next, slow release steam for 10 minutes, followed by a quick release of steam. Once the pin drops, you can open the instant pot.

Simply scoop farro out of instant pot and serve as is or top with your favorite herbs and seasonings.
