These are absolutely yummy! Loved ’em from the first bite; however, reheating in the microwave makes them tough. Reheat in a toaster oven, bottom heat only on 250 for 15 minutes max – delish. Thanks for these great recipe.
Glad you liked them! I reheat them in a microwave and they don’t get tough, I think the key is to microwave for as few seconds as possible (as microwaving too much cooks them and makes them tougher).
So I’m wondering if the net carbs listed is for 1 biscuit or for all ten?
Added 1/2cup golden flaxseed and 1Tbs xanthan gum and an additional 1/2Tbs butter. Made them fluffy on inside and crispy on the out.
These are the best I’ve ever had!!! Taste like “Real” biscuits. Going to play around with adding pepperoni for pepperoni rolls. TY so much fir this recipe
These are delicious! For anyone curious, they taste great even without the butter (which I completely forgot to add?♀️). I’m sure they’ll be even better the next time I make them and add the butter!
These are amazing!!! I 1/4 it and make 2 biscuits for myself. Such a great recipe!!! I’m getting ready to try it as a bacon egg and cheese biscuit I’ll be trying others!!!
Great idea!
This is my go recipe for bisquick. They are so good. My husband and I love this. I will give this recipe 5 star.
I made these tonight and was quite happy with the result. They turned out perfect and were delicious.
Just wanted to let you know when you are describing the steps before the actual recipe you said to beat the eggs and add in the rest of the ingredients including paper. I think you meant pepper but it really threw me for a loop. I do plan on trying the recipe.
Omg thanks for letting me know! ? I have fixed it now!
I loved so easy for even the worst baker !!
While they were delicious, they didn’t come out big and fluffy like the pic. They flattened out but it gave them a nice crunchy edge !
Made this today! Awesome!
I added chopped up jalapeños. I also flattened and flipped to use for sandwiches. Delicious & bitey!
These were the perfect accompaniment for our beanless chili on a cold, snowy Colorado night. As another reviewer mentioned, they didn’t rise high like a typical biscuit, but my husband and I both agree that the texture was light and the exterior nice and crunchy, which made them extra good. Thank you for a wonderful recipe that we will use again and again.
Hi, looking forward to making this! Can you tell me if you use salted or unsalted butter? And do you use mild or sharp cheddar? Thank you
Unsalted butter and any type of cheddar
Made these to go with our corned beef and cabbage for St Patty’s Day. So yummy. Thank you for this great recipe.
Made these tonight but added chopped jalapenos!! They were delicious!! Thank you so much!!
This is the best recipe EVER. I did change the eggs from 4 to 3. I helps so that they don’t spread out so much. I also add a palm full of dried minced onion and a palm full of everything but the bagel seasoning. TOTALLY IN LOVE.
This is my 1st low carb baking experiment & I am so glad it turned out great! They are delicous!
LOVED these, but they cam out flat and didn’t rise. What do I need to do different next time to fix that??? I could’ve eaten the whole tray!!
I make these often . Love them . Sometimes I add fresh chives . Thanks for sharing the recipe .
I have made these several times and they are amazing! I always make the recipe as written the first time and these are wonderful. Adding about a quarter cup each of diced jalapeño and onion take them to the next level in my book. Thanks so much for this easy and delicious recipe!
I made these for dinner last night. Delicious! The trick is to chill the biscuit dough in fridge until it tightens up a little. They didn’t flatten out came out thick and fluffy.
Very good!!
I love these i use them for hamburger buns also.
I have tried a few different keto Red Lobster copycat recipes and this is not only the simplest version with the fewest ingredients, but it is BY FAR the best version I’ve tried! I added it to my Pinterest years ago and panicked a bit when I couldn’t find it right away LOL! I have now printed a hard copy since it is worth its weight in gold! Thank you for creating such a simple but delicious culinary masterpiece! I typically make tablespoon-sized mini dinner rolls but have also made hamburger buns with these (keto BBQ pulled pork is the BEST on these!!). These will be a staple in our house for many years to come <3
I made these while my hubby was having a nap (I made half of the recipe)
Oh my gosh Soooooo good!
I also added smoked paprika and mustard powder. I ate two. I am taking the other 3 to work for tomorrow I will definitely be making these again
Loved these! So easy and yummy! I’m not used to the texture of almond flour so I didn’t think I would like them but the cheese is a game changer. I made them to go along with a delicious keto broccoli and cheddar soup. They were a perfect pair and squelched my guy’s carb craving. Thank you!!
Looks interesting. Gonna try then soon. Could you add some psyllium to increase amount of fiber, or would that go against the low-carb direction?
If in case it would work, would more moisture be needed, you think?
Thanks for the recipe
Kenneth
I made fathead lasagna, keto style and needed a bread to go with it. I happened upon this recipe and made it. I used garlic cloves because i didn’t have the powder. these were amazing and I am printing this recipe for my go to biscuits! super easy and super delish!!!!! you are an angel.
So easy and very good. I’ve tried similar recipes and this one is the best. makes 12 med, 1/2 a large scoop biscuits. my family all like them.
Just made these and boy are they good! I haven’t much liked most almond flour “bread” I have tried, but these are great. I made them as written except I added a bit more garlic, and I added some onion powder. I made them in muffin tins and cooked at 365 in my little toaster oven for 14 minutes. They were perfectly done, soft and fluffy. I advise getting a silicone muffin pan – they popped right out with nothing sticking. I did not add any spray either. It made 5 muffins with half the recipe above. I won’t half the recipe next time!
THANK YOU for such deliciousness! Breads, biscuits, etc are the most difficult part of staying on a Keto diet. Tonight I made a Keto creamy sausage soup and it NEEDED a good biscuit to go with it, and this fit the bill perfectly. It’s also so easy to make a half, or a quarter of the recipe and it is so quick to put together. Thank you for using your skills to improve my meals😊
