Keto Bacon Cheddar Dip
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 green onions finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put the bacon slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until very crispy.
- Remove cooked bacon from the oven and let cool. Put bacon slices in a food processor and pulse until crumble (about 30 seconds).
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, crumbled bacon, shredded Cheddar cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder and chopped green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
