Attention all bacon lovers! Here’s the easiest way to make perfectly crispy mouthwatering bacon without making a mess! Once you try cooking bacon in the oven, you’ll never make it any other way!
If you ever tried the conventional method of cooking bacon on the stove-top frying pan, you know it all well how messy it is. All the bacon grease melts away from the bacon, sizzles, boils and splatters all over your kitchen and if you are unlucky, right in your face! The pain of having to clean your kitchen lingers much longer than the delicious taste of bacon that you devour in seconds! The whole house smells like bacon for days because the microscopic particles of smelly bacon grease are still out there no matter how much you scrub your stove and the area around it!
Bacon lovers, rejoice! Finally here’s the effortless way of cooking bacon without the mess and without compromising the bacon flavor and crispiness! Baked bacon is your perfect solution. Baking bacon in the oven allows you to cook a huge batch of bacon without having to do any kind of cleanup!
If the word “baked” reminds you of some kind of health food, don’t worry :) Baked bacon is not some kind of “healthy” version of real bacon. Baked bacon is the real thing! Cooking bacon in the oven makes the same kind of bacon as on the frying pan, not some scaled-down version.
Oven baked bacon is just as sizzling and just as crispy as the bacon cooked on the stove top! No compromises and absolutely nothing to lose by cooking bacon in the oven – just LIFE to gain by not having to clean your kitchen!
Cooking bacon in the oven is so easy, you won’t believe it! Once you try it, you’ll be slapping yourself on the head saying “Why didn’t I think of it before?” All you need to do to make baked bacon is to put bacon strips on the bacon sheet in a single layer and bake in pre-heated 400F oven for 15 minutes (or until bacon is as crispy as you want it to be)! Easy peasy!
Baked bacon is a true breakthrough! Line your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper before adding the bacon, so when your baked bacon is ready, just remove the bacon and throw the foil in a trash :) Nothing to clean after cooking bacon – can you believe it?
Even if you are not planning to eat all the bacon at once, you can still bake the whole package of bacon and refrigerate or freeze the leftovers. To reheat cooked bacon, just put it on a paper towel and microwave until sizzling – yum!
I know though that when a whole baking sheet of those crispy browned bacon strips comes out of the oven, you’ll eat more than planned – this crunchy baked bacon is so addictive! Perfectly crispy, those hot sizzling bacon slices are impossible to resist!
