How To Make Baked Keto Chicken Tenders Without Breading
Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Next you’ll season the chicken tenders to prepare them for baking. Sprinkle on half of seasonings and a drizzle of olive oil. No breading needed! Rub seasonings in gently then flip chicken tenders over and repeat process on other side to season the tenders fully.
Lay out chicken tenders on a parchment lined baking sheet. Tenders should have 2-3″ in between each one.
Bake for 20 mins, then check internal temperature. It should be at least 165 degrees. If not, place back in oven to cook for another 5-10 mins or until done.
If chicken tenders are fully cooked, remove from oven and use spatula to move to serving plate. Enjoy chicken tenders as a main course or slice up to use with another recipe.
