Meatballs are often made out of fatty heavy meat, and cole slaw is usually loaded with very caloric mayo. However, there are ways to make a healthier version of almost any food. My healthy version of meatballs is turkey meatballs that are made with lean turkey meat, and the healthy version of cole slaw is the light cole slaw without mayo.
In this easy recipe, healthy meatballs are made out of lean turkey meat mixed with minced onion and whole wheat bread crumbs.
