Dinner Of Rainbow Trout With Roasted Potatoes And Red Cabbage Slaw
This post may contain affiliate links (disclosure).
I’ve had this very tasty dinner of rainbow trout with oven roasted potatoes and red cabbage slaw. This dinner is very healthy – the fish is sauteed in a non-stick frying pan, the potatoes are baked in the oven and the red cabbage slaw has no mayo in it.
All the recipes are also very easy to make. The fish takes less than 5 minutes to cook from start to finish. The potatoes recipe is hands off – just throw them in the oven and the oven will cook them. The red cabbage slaw is made in a food processor, also in 5 minutes. This dinner is good for you, easy and delicious – I hope this dinner idea will inspire you to make something similar!
