Truly a fix it and forget it meal! I love to make this on busy weeknights when I need dinner to basically make itself. And these turkey wings always come out perfectly!

Just pop them in for 25 minutes at 400 degrees and you’ll get a crispy, golden brown turkey wing, ready for shredding and using in a recipe or serving with a salad on the side! You could even prep a few turkey wings on the weekend and store the sliced or shredded meat for easy lunches all week long. Yum!

How To Make Air Fryer Turkey Wings

First, you’ll want to season the skin of the turkey wings. I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, although you can add any seasonings you prefer. Seasoning both sides and rub on turkey wing to coat. 

Next prep your air fryer. You can use non-stick spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil— both of these methods will make clean-up so much easier.

Then pop the turkey wings into the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through to ensure even cooking. I like to start cooking the wings upside down and flip them up to get a nice, even golden brown color on the top of the wing. 

Remove from air fryer and serve with a side dish or slice off meat for use in soups, salads, and so much more!

Cooking Tips

  • Prep the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush on oil for easy clean-up
  • Rub the seasonings on the turkey wing to coat all over
  • Add or take away any seasonings to your likening
  • Flip the turkey wing at around 12 minutes (half-time) to ensure even cooking

Instructions

  • Prep basket of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray or brush with oil
  • Add seasonings to each side of turkey wing, rub into skin to coat
  • Place turkey wing upside down in air fryer, set to 400 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Halfway through cooking time, flip turkey wing over and continue cooking
  • Once cooking time is complete, remove turkey wing from air fryer and serve as is or slice meat for other recipes
