Crispy Wings In Air Fryer
These air fryer-cooked wings are like tasty, restaurant-quality treats straight from your kitchen! Making them is a breeze. Start by seasoning your chicken wings—try a mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, or any other spices you like. Place the wings in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re in a single layer for that perfect crispiness. Then, let the air fryer work its magic; circulating hot air around the wings and giving them that irresistible crunch without the need for tons of oil.
After a short time, you’ll have golden-brown, crispy wings that are juicy on the inside and oh-so-tasty on the outside. They’re perfect for snacking, game nights, or as a flavorful addition to any meal. And, these wings are a healthier alternative to deep-fried chicken without skimping on the taste or texture. Whether you’re a wing enthusiast or just looking for a delicious snack, crispy air fryer wings are a quick, tasty option that’s sure to be a hit!

How To Make Crispy Air Fryer Wings
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray so the chicken doesn’t stick to it.
Prep the chicken wings by slicing them into individual pieces, if they haven’t been already.
Add baking powder, salt, and pepper to a gallon-sized bag. Close up the bag and shake gently to combine the ingredients.
Open the bag back up and place the chicken inside. Close the bag and once again shake the contents to coat the chicken in the seasonings and baking powder.
Open up the bag and remove the chicken, placing it in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Close up the air fryer and heat at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up the air fryer and flip the wings over so they cook evenly.
Once the wings are done cooking, use tongs or a spatula to move them from the air fryer basket to a serving plate.
Cooking Tips
- Use any seasonings you love on chicken
- Be sure to use aluminum-free baking powder for no aftertaste on the wings
- If you prefer not to use nonstick cooking spray, you can brush the basket with oil instead
