How To Make Crispy Air Fryer Wings

Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray so the chicken doesn’t stick to it.

Prep the chicken wings by slicing them into individual pieces, if they haven’t been already.

Add baking powder, salt, and pepper to a gallon-sized bag. Close up the bag and shake gently to combine the ingredients.

Open the bag back up and place the chicken inside. Close the bag and once again shake the contents to coat the chicken in the seasonings and baking powder.

Open up the bag and remove the chicken, placing it in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Close up the air fryer and heat at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up the air fryer and flip the wings over so they cook evenly.

Once the wings are done cooking, use tongs or a spatula to move them from the air fryer basket to a serving plate.
