A t-bone steak cooks perfectly in the air fryer— nicely browned and tender. Try this Air Fryer T-Bone Steak for an easy steak night dinner!
What is a T-Bone Steak?
The T-bone steak is cut from the short loin of the cow. It’s a “composite steak” because of the cut, which contains both a piece of the tenderloin and the top loin. Steak fans enjoy it because it offers two types of flavors in one cut of meat.
It can be finicky to cook well, which is where the air fryer comes in. Simply season and cook for 14 minutes for a delicious steak. (See cooking chart below for more info)
If you flip the steak halfway through cooking time, you will ensure a nice, even brown color on the edges of the steak. A perfectly easy way to cook steak!
