How To Make Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

Before you start cooking, make sure you spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray. This will make the pork chops easier to flip as they cook.

Place the pork chops in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.

Then, sprinkle the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides. Rub the spices into the pork chops with your hands so they are evenly seasoned.

Put the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Juicy, fully-cooked pork chops in an air fryer

Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through the cooking time. You’ll be able to smell them when they are almost finished cooking.

Cooking Tips:

  • You’ll know your pork chops are completely cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Pork should have a blush of pink in the meat when you cut into it. If you cook them too long, they will dry out.
  • If you want your pork chops to have a little more heat or kick to them, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top. Be careful with how many you add – when it comes to red pepper flakes, a little bit goes a long way.

These pork chops are so versatile that they go really well with any of your favorite side dishes. The herbs and spices in the pork will taste delicious with some acorn squash. You can also add some green to your plate with some air fryer roasted broccoli!

Serve these pork chops with a dinner-time classic, some roasted potatoes with skins.

Just in time, Melanie!! Yesterday I took out some pork chops to thaw for dinner tonight. You’ve saved me the effort of searching the web for a how to air fry pork chops.

Great job with this recipe, and thank you for your hard work.

  2. I made this today. Nice and tender and moist. I had 1/4″ boneless pork chops and AF them @ 400 F for 6 minutes. I pulled one out to check for doneness and decided that they only needed 6 minutes. Both sides looked beautiful – no need to turn over and do another 6 minutes. They might have turned out too dry and over cooked if I turned and added 6 more minutes. Thanks – great recipe. I shared with a neighbor.

Made this recipe this morning (pork chops, eggs, grits, and biscuits) and the chops turned out perfect. I spiced them up a bit using “Slap Ya Mama” cajun seasoning and black pepper. I butterflied 2 thick boneless chops and reduced the cooking time to 8 minutes turning half way through and they turned out perfect! Thank you!

my chops were about 1 inch thick, so 8 minutes per side, flip and rotate in air fryer (I don’t have a basket, I have racks) omg, so juicy and tender and tasty! my picky kid ate 2! :)

I thought these were great….and so fast! Like another reviewer said, I did not cook them the entire 12 minutes. At the six-minute point they were around 125 degrees. I flipped them and cooked them for another three minutes. I probably could have cooked them for just one to two minutes after the flip though. They were very juicy and tasty. Thanks!

Not a big fan of pork, but bought a pack of boneless pork chops since they were on sale. Found your recipe here…perfect! I followed the recipe exactly and everyone liked these (they were moist, not dried out at all…and, wonder of wonders, my dad felt no need to add additional salt or ketchup to his, lol), I copied the recipe, and I may now buy some pork more than 2 or 3 times a year! THANK YOU for sharing your recipe!

  12. Wish I had read comments. 12 minutes was too long! They were way to well done.
Will try again for less time.
