To make these meatballs, all it takes is three easy steps. You start by combining all your ingredients and rolling the mixture into one and half inch meatballs. These air fryer meatballs are amazing! Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside - so addictive! So quick and easy to make in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then roll into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
  • Put the meatballs into an air fryer basket in a single layer, without them touching.
  • Air fry the meatballs at 375F for 15 minutes.

Notes

If you want to serve meatballs with tomato sauce, heat prepared tomato sauce in a microwave and pour over cooked meatballs.
To make these meatballs low-carb, add more Parmesan cheese instead of bread crumbs.
