Cooking Tips

  • Be sure to space the cookie dough balls a few inches away from each other on the baking sheet, as the cookies do spread a bit while baking
  • You can use a whisk or fork for the eggs. Whichever is your preference.
  • Make it your own! Try different toppings like chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts.

What Is The Difference Between Cookie Mix and Cake Mix?

Both cake and cookie mix contain flour, sugar, some version of fat (dairy), and usually a leavening agent. Cookie mixes typically make thicker batter, to help the cookies keep their shape during baking. Both can be used to make delicious cookies.
