How To Make Lemon Cake Mix Cookies

First set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees. Line two baking sheet with parchment paper so the cookie batter doesn’t stick to them.

In a mixing bowl, add two eggs and whisk them up. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix in with a fork. Finally, add the lemon cake mix and combine all ingredients using fork or whisk.

Using scoops of about 1/4 cup of batter, lay out 10 cookie dough balls onto baking sheets.

Bake for 15 minutes, then allow them to cool down completely before serving.
