This is a wonderful, no-cook appetizer that comes together in minutes.

First, drain the cans of corn. Then dump corn into a mixing bowl.

Chop up half a red onion or, if you have a smaller onion, you can chop up the whole thing. Cut into the smallest pieces you can. Add to the mixing bowl.

Put on kitchen gloves and slice off the stems of the jalapeños. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds. Discard them.

Chop the jalapeños into small pieces and add to the bowl.
