I love how perfectly crisp they are able to get in the air fryer. There is nothing more disappointing than soggy fries!

They really help to satisfy my fast food cravings! Plus, my whole family loves them every time I make them!

Sweet potatoes are also quite good for you nutritionally, making this snack a pretty decent one!

Sweet potatoes contain fiber, vitamin C, potassium, B vitamins, and magnesium, among other nutrients.

They even contain some protein – about 4 grams per cup!

In addition, sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index than white potatoes, so they are slower to digest.

However, the best benefit of sweet potatoes might be the large amount of vitamin A they contain. One sweet potato alone has over twice the daily value of vitamin A!

How to Make Air Fryer Frozen Sweet Potato Waffle Fries

First you need to lightly spray the air fryer basket with some non-stick cooking oil spray.

Then pour the frozen sweet potato waffle fries into the basket.

Set the air fryer temperature to 400F and the time to 15 minutes.

After about halfway through cooking, remove the basket and shake the fries so they cook evenly on all sides.

Return the basket to the air fryer and let it finish cooking.

When the air fryer is finished cooking, remove the basket and check the fries for doneness. If they are crispy enough for you, then you are done!

However, if they are not crispy enough, shake them again to redistribute. Place basket back in air fryer at 385F for 5 minutes.

Hopefully your fries are crispy enough now if they weren’t before!
