Open up package of sausage patties. Place in a single layer at bottom of air fryer.

Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

Remove carefully from air fryer basket using a spatula and place on serving plate. Sausage patties will be tender and juicy, with a perfectly browned outside.
