Best of all, my husband, who is the real pecan pie aficionado in the family, likes it better than the traditional one I’ve made for years with corn syrup. A total win-win. Kudos!

This pie was so yummy! I had always made it with corn syrup but wanted to try recipe without it. This is as good if not better than recipes with corn syrup. It looks different but has a nice candy top which is unique and very tasty.

  9. Hi! Quick question: is the 1 cup of brown sugar packed or loose? Also, what sort of milk should you use? Thank you, I can’t wait to make this for Christmas ?
