You’ll love this recipe for easy pork bites that come out perfectly cooked every time. They are flavorful and cooked through just right. You can use these pork bites in a number of recipes, like kabobs, fajitas, protein bowls, or on top of pasta… just to name a few. Or you can serve with dipping sauces for an appetizer or main course. These pork bites would taste delicious with honey mustard sauce, bbq sauce, sweet & sour sauce, or even hot sauce.

This recipe calls for seasoning the pork with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, but you can use any seasonings you like. The air fryer really seals in the seasonings. It’s such an easy (and delicious!) way to cook pork.

How To Make Air Fryer Pork Bites

First you need 1 lb of any cut of pork, chopped into bite-sized pieces. (Pork roast is shown in this recipe). Drizzle on the olive oil. Sprinkle on seasonings, and gently mix up the pork bites to coat them completely in the seasonings.

Place pork bites in the basket of the air fryer. Close up air fryer and set to 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, use a spatula to flip the pork bites in order to brown all sides.

When cooking time is complete, move pork bites from the air fryer to a serving plate.

Cooking Tips

  • You can use any additional seasonings you love on pork, such as cinnamon, chili powder, or thyme
  • Cooking with olive oil is totally optional, but it does help the pork become more brown and juicy in the air fryer
  • Be sure to flip the pork bites over halfway through cooking time to ensure even cooking

What Cut of Pork Is Best To Cook In The Air Fryer?

Roast pork, leg or shoulder. It should also be boneless. And, of course, it needs to fit in your air fryer. About 1-2 lbs is a good size.
