How To Make Bisquick Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 5″ x 9″ loaf pan. You can spray it with nonstick spray, brush it with oil, or rub with butter.

Peel and mash bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix with fork until combined.

Add bisquick and sugar and mix again.

Bake for 50 minutes or until done in the center. Depending on your oven, you may need to bake the bread for another 5-10 minutes until done.

Allow loaf to cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Cooking Tips

  • When prepping the loaf pan, be sure to get the bottom and side of the pan with the nonstick spray
  • You can use Bisquick or any similar type of baking mix for this recipe
  • To check doneness of banana bread, insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf. If the toothpick comes out clean then the bread is done baking.
