How To Make 7 Can Taco Soup

Start by cooking up the ground beef and chopped onion. Add both to a large pot and set to high heat. Once the meat start sizzling, use a spatula to break it up. Reduce the heat to medium high. Cook, stirring every minute, until ground beef is brown and cooked through. This will take about 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, open all the cans. Drain the cans of beans and corn.

Once ground beef and onions are cooked, add the water and the contents of all of the cans. Also pour in taco seasoning and ranch mix (optional).

Mix everything together and turn heat to high. Bring soup to a boil, then reduce heat to low (keep soup simmering). Cook for 20 minutes and then serve!
