Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cut into chunks
  • 1 to mato quartered
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 onion quartered
  • 1 cucumber quartered
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 bunch parsley bottom stems removed
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency (do not overblend).
