Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie is a great way to start the day! This yummy smoothie is made with fresh or frozen strawberries and yogurt. If you are using fresh strawberries, add ice to the blender. If you are using frozen strawberries, you don’t need to add the ice, since those frozen strawberries will serve as ice :)
This Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie is very easy to make. Just put strawberries and yogurt in the blender and press the button. This smoothie makes a very healthy and nutritious breakfast! I like to use plain lowfat yogurt with no added sugar. The strawberries are naturally sweet and they add enough sweetness to this very tasty smoothie. If it’s not sweet enough for you, you can always mix in some extra sugar.
Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup of ice (only if using fresh strawberries)
- Put all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
