How To Make Trader Joe’s Bool Kogi In The Air Fryer

Open the package of Trader Joe’s Bool Kogi. Place contents in air fryer basket.

Use tongs or utensils to separate the beef into large pieces.

Heat at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, open up the air fryer and flip the beef over with tongs. Replace the basket and continue cooking.

If, after 10 minutes, the beef is not cooked evenly, simply rearrange the pieces of Bool Kogi and cook for a few more minutes.

Once beef is cooked to your liking (and a meat thermometer registers at least 145 degrees), remove beef from air fryer using a pair of tongs. Move to a serving plate.
