How To Make Mixed Berry Smoothie
Add 1/2 of a cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1/2 of a cup of water to the blender.
Close up the blender and mix for about 15 seconds, or until the smoothie is blended.
Open up the blender cup and use a spoon to stir the smoothie and make sure that there are no chunks remaining. If need be, replace the blender cup back on the motor and blend for a few more seconds.
If the smoothie is completely blended, pour it into a glass. Add a straw and enjoy!
Cooking Tips:
- Can use frozen or fresh berries. Frozen berries do make the smoothie cold.
- Adding water thins out the mixture, making it easier to blend the frozen berries. If you use fresh berries, you may not need the water.
- This smoothie is naturally sweetened by the berries. If you prefer an even sweeter smoothie, simply add a Tablespoon of honey to the mix.
How Do You Thicken A Berry Smoothie?
If you’d like your berry smoothie a little thicker, try mixing in frozen fruits, oats, chia seeds, or nut butter.

Or keep it healthy with protein-packed dishes like Greek Yogurt Oatmeal, Hard Boiled Eggs In The Oven, or Turkey Bacon In The Oven.
