Instant Pot Frozen Seafood Medley

Seafood medley is so healthy, yummy, and perfect for a quick and easy dinner! The Instant Pot is great for cooking frozen seafood!

You’ll have plump, juicy pieces of your favorite seafood in no time at all.

You can use any variety of seafood medley for this recipe. The package I used contained shrimp, scallops, squid, and mussels.

It is nice to keep a bag of this in your freezer to pull out when you want a quick dinner and need some inspiration for what to make. No need to defrost before cooking either!

This makes a great side to any dinner, especially if your family loves seafood.

When finished, use the Quick Release function to let the pressure out. When the pin has dropped, it is safe to open the lid of the Instant Pot.

Use a slotted spoon to scoop out the cooked seafood, leaving the water behind.

Or you could use a colander to strain the seafood. Just be sure to use oven mitts when handling the pot as it will be very hot.

Serve hot and enjoy!
