For Instant Pot Bacon, you’ll start but cutting your bacon in half and putting it in the instant pot in a single layer.

    So happy to have found this! I just bought an Instant Pot and I have to admit, I quit making bacon because of the mess. I know I can microwave it or bake it or broil it, but it’s too much trouble. This looks so easy, and a lot less messy. Life is too short to go without bacon!
