Coconut Flour Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe (Gluten-Free, Paleo)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk or almond milk
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Put melted coconut oil, maple syrup, milk and egg in a mug and whisk with a fork until well combined.
- Add coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix until well combined.
- Put the mug in a microwave and cook on High for 90 seconds.
