How To Make Orange Cauliflower In Air Fryer

You’ll cook this orange cauliflower the same as you do white cauliflower!

First, slice off the green part from the bottom of the cauliflower. Then cut cauliflower into small florets for cooking.

Add florets to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings. We used salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a spoon to toss cauliflower florets in oil and seasonings.

Pour cauliflower pieces into air fryer basket. Place basket in air fryer and cook cauliflower at 380 degrees for 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, pull basket out of air fryer and shake it to shuffle around the cauliflower florets. This helps them to brown more evenly. At this point, check that the browned sides are on the bottom of the basket. Then finish cooking.

Once time is up, pull open air fryer and check cauliflower for doneness by piercing with a fork. If the florets are not cooked enough, replace the basket and cook for another few minutes.

If the cauliflower is ready, move with a spatula from the air fryer to a serving plate.

  • Use any seasonings you love on cauliflower
  • You can omit the oil if you prefer, it does add flavor to the cauliflower
  • Cutting the cauliflower into small florets helps them to cook faster
  • If, after 15 minutes, the cauliflower appears to be burning but the inside is not cooked, simply turn down the heat to 320 and cook for another few minutes
