- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Wash the sweet potatoes, then dry them thoroughly with paper towel. Put the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and rub the oil all over the sweet potatoes.
- Prickle the sweet potatoes in several places with a fork.
- Put the sweet potatoes in the oven and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pressed.
