How To Make Air Fryer Beef Short Ribs

Place short ribs in a mixing bowl for prep. Add soy sauce, honey, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a spoon to toss the ribs in the seasonings and coat them completely.

Move the ribs to the air fryer basket. Place basket in air fryer.

Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, pausing halfway through cooking time to pull out air fryer basket and flip ribs over with tongs.

Once time is up, check the internal temperature of the ribs. It should be at least 165 degrees. If not, replace the basket in the air fryer and cook for another few minutes.

When the ribs are done, use tongs to carefully remove them from the basket and place on a serving plate.

  • 1.5 lbs short ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, pausing halfway through cooking time to pull out air fryer basket and flip ribs over with tongs.
  • Once time is up, check the internal temperature of the ribs. It should be at least 165 degrees. If not, replace the basket in the air fryer and cook for another few minutes.
